Gurgaon city not district was 3 lakh in 2001. It is 18 lakh in 2018. N will be 42 lakh in 2029. Now coming to gurgaon. There is no affordable projects in gurgaon which doesn’t get sold quickly. Even with premium. In fact builders want to hold some units to sell on premium later on. Each project has 700 to 750 units. Projects about 70 odd. So 50000 flats supply.85 percent absorbed.
